Jorge L. Flores, P.A.
Off a 2003 FindLaw template and into the top of the Kendall Map Pack. Five months from kickoff to #1 on the queries that actually convert.
The receipts so far. Verifiable, every number.
This is not a ten year case study. The engagement started in August 2025. Each number below is from Google Search Console, the Kendall Map Pack, or the firm’s own Google Business Profile.
$800 a month for nothing.
Jorge came to us stuck on a FindLaw website. The site looked like it was built in 2003 because it probably was. He was paying $800 a month and had nothing to show for it.
No rankings. No calls from Google. No access to his own analytics.
When he asked for his data, they did not have it. When he asked about his traffic, they could not tell him. When he asked what he was paying for, the answer was visibility. Whatever that means.
FindLaw quoted him thousands for a new website. He would still be renting it. He would still own nothing.
Build it. And let him own it.
We built him a real website on WordPress. He owns the code, the hosting, the domain, and all the data. If he leaves tomorrow, he takes everything.
The structural rewrite came first. Schema rewritten for medical malpractice intent. Contact flow rebuilt around speed to call. Page speed cleaned up so the site stops bleeding visitors before they reach the contact form.
Then the content. Instead of running a template page for every practice area, we built specific pages targeting the searches Kendall med mal clients actually make. Informed consent violations. Pre suit requirements. Hospital negligence.
By month three, the new schema was indexed. By month four, the content pages had started ranking. By month five, the Map Pack moved.
One stack. One operator. URL by URL migration. No ranking loss between the old install and the new one.
Five months. Top of the Map Pack.
Map Pack screenshot taken January 2026. Search Console click and impression data covers August 2025 through January 2026.
The Map Pack ranking is the headline. The Search Console data is the proof underneath it. 345 clicks and 51,700 impressions across five months of organic traffic, climbing each month.
| Metric | 5 months |
|---|---|
| Map Pack position | #1 |
| Google Business Profile rating | 4.9 stars (35 reviews) |
| Search Console clicks | 345 |
| Search Console impressions | 51,700 |
Pages built around real searches.
We did not just build a website. We built pages targeting the searches his potential clients actually make. Informed consent violations. Pre suit requirements. Hospital negligence.
| Page | Growth |
|---|---|
| Homepage | +150% |
| Lack of Informed Consent | +900% |
| Pre suit Requirements | 0 to ranking |
| Hospital Negligence | 0 to ranking |
Pages that did not exist six months ago are now bringing in traffic. That is what happens when you build content around real searches instead of whatever a template came with.
This is a five month case study.
This page will look different in a year. We will have more traffic data, more rankings, more proof. That is how SEO works. It compounds over time.
Five months in, Jorge is already at the top of the Map Pack for his primary keyword, his content is ranking, and he actually owns his website for the first time in years.
We will update this page as the results grow.
Climbing every month since launch.
The curve is the proof that this is not a temporary win. Every month since launch has been higher than the month before. That is what compounding looks like at month five.
Jorge stopped renting. He started owning.
The audit is free. The advice is honest. If your current marketing is working, I will tell you. If it is not, you will leave the call with a specific list of what to fix and whether I am the right person to fix it.
