Legal marketing that tracks to signed cases, not clicks.

Former paralegal who answered intake calls, went to court, and visited patients in hospitals. I know which keywords sign cases because I helped sign them. Small roster. One firm per practice area per market.

What I Do

Five services. No team. No account managers. You work directly with me.

The roster is small because the model requires it. Every strategic decision, tracking architecture, and intake review comes through me personally; not a rotation of junior account managers.

The Argument

Clicks don’t sign cases. Signed cases do.

Your current agency reports impressions, clicks, and traffic. They show you charts going up and to the right. But you can’t deposit traffic. You sign cases. If you can’t connect your marketing spend to signed cases, you’re guessing.

01

Clicks don’t sign cases.

Traffic going up and to the right looks good in a dashboard. It doesn’t pay your rent. Signed cases pay your rent. If your agency can’t trace ad spend to retainers signed, they’re selling you a feeling.

02

Not all leads are equal.

A hundred calls that waste your intake team’s time cost you money twice; once for the ad spend, once for the staff hours. Ten calls from people with real damages and clear liability? That’s a month. I learned this answering phones at Percy Martinez. Most calls go nowhere. The ones that matter come from specific keywords, specific searches, specific intent.

03

How I learned the difference.

I didn’t learn legal marketing from a course. I was a paralegal. I answered intake calls. I went to court. I sat with a patient who had C. diff in the hospital. I watched which calls became signed cases and which ones wasted everyone’s time. That changes how you build campaigns.

04

What we actually track.

Which keywords generated calls. Which calls became consultations. Which consultations became signed cases. What each signed case cost you in ad spend. Your cost per signed case; not your cost per click. That’s the number that matters.

Case studies

Real clients. Real numbers. Real proof.

Two Florida medical malpractice firms. One started with a $500 monthly budget. The other started from a rented FindLaw template. What they share is owning every asset the engagement produced and knowing exactly what each signed case cost.

I gave him a $500 budget to start. In 3 months I was ranking on the first page of Google. Ever since then I’ve been getting non-stop phone calls at my firm and picked up numerous and memorable cases.

Who you’ll work with

Jorge Argota is who you’ll be working with.

Former paralegal · University of Miami BBA · 10 years in legal marketing

I went to court with Percy Martinez, visited patients in hospitals, and built his firm from $500 a month to one of Florida’s highest ranking medical malpractice practices across four cities. I know the difference between a stage 2 pressure ulcer and a stage 4, between a fender bender and a TBI; details most agencies never learn because they’ve never worked inside a firm.

Jorge Argota

Percy didn’t want me working with other firms. I was exclusive to him for 10 years. This is my first year officially taking new clients.

What attorneys say

The one firm per market clause works both ways.

Attorneys sign because they want exclusivity in their practice area and market. They stay because the tracking, the content quality, and the ownership terms hold up quarter over quarter.

Top of the Map Pack in Kendall in 5 months. Moved me off a FindLaw template to a site I actually own. The calls that come in are pre-qualified. That never happened with the last agency.

He refused to take us on the first call because our intake was answering calls 40 hours late. He wouldn’t take the retainer until we fixed that first. Agencies don’t do that. That was the moment I knew we had picked right.

Bilingual intake pages in real Cuban Spanish, not translated marketing copy. Our conversion rate on Spanish language traffic tripled. The content sounds like our paralegals actually wrote it.

Questions we get asked

What attorneys ask before signing on.

Cost, timeline, practice areas, exclusivity, ownership, and the differentiator that makes the whole engagement work.

How much does this cost?
$3,000 to $10,000 per month depending on market competition and scope. Percy’s engagement was around $6K/month total including salary, tools, and link building. Smaller markets run lower; Miami or Orlando with active PPC run higher. You get a specific monthly floor in the proposal; not a range.
How long until results?
Percy ranked on the first page in 3 months on a $500 starting budget. Jorge Flores ranked in 5 months . Every market is different; Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville all moved on different timelines. Ranking on page one across four Florida cities took years, not months.
What practice areas do you work with?
Medical malpractice and personal injury. Nursing home abuse, birth injuries, surgical errors, wrongful death, catastrophic accidents. I understand case value because I did the intake. If your practice area isn’t on this list, I’ll probably decline; not because the marketing won’t work, but because I won’t know the case nuance well enough to write content AI models will cite.
Why haven’t I heard of you before?
Percy Martinez didn’t want me working with other firms. I was exclusive to him for 10 years. This is my first year officially taking new clients. The practice grew across four Florida cities during that time, which is the work you can see on the case study pages.
Do I own my website and ad accounts?
Yes. Everything. Site, hosting, domain, ads, creatives, tracking data, content. I don’t hold anything hostage. When a client wants to leave, the Google Ads account transfer takes about an hour. That’s by design; if I need to lock you in to keep you, the work isn’t good enough.
What makes you different from other agencies?
I was a paralegal. I answered intake phones. I visited patients. I know which keywords sign cases because I signed them. Most agencies learned legal marketing from blog posts and case studies. I learned it from the inside of one firm for 10 years, which is why the content I write gets cited by AI search and ranks against competitors with 10x the budget.
