90% success rate with Google review removals.

Not every review can be removed off of your Google My Business profile. However, most can. Oftentimes they will write mean, nasty words which can go against Google’s review policy, which is what we specialize in.

Google’s review policy: what we can and cannot do.

Google has an in depth policy guide which explains in detail the do’s and don’ts. There are also other alternatives to removing reviews, but they require filing a lawsuit; we always try to avoid the suing part because sometimes it can be a lot of moving pieces. We like to stay agile, but if it needs to be done because it’s a coordinated attack, we can work with attorneys to help you through the process.

Fake & competitor reviews

For personal injury lawyers there are millions of dollars on the table; competitors are aggressive. What the competition will usually do is have a bunch of fake accounts and give you negative fake reviews.

Conflicts of interest, harassment

Conflicts of interest, harassment, off topic rants, and confidential details. Each one maps to a written platform rule.

Current or ex employees

Former staff and personal disputes dressed up as client experiences. Documentable, and documentation is the whole game.

Off topic rants and confidential details

A real client’s honest opinion will not come down, and anyone promising otherwise is selling. Those we answer well and outweigh.

How a challenge actually works.

No shortcuts and nothing shady. The platform’s own process, worked properly, with the evidence it asks for.

We read it like the platform does.

Anger does not take a review down; a policy violation does. Before any work starts, we grade the review against the written rules, check for signs it is fake, paid, or a conflict of interest, and give you a straight yes or no.

We build the case.

Removals are won on documentation, not outrage. The evidence is gathered with client records never exposed, the violation is named against the exact policy line, and the dispute is filed through the platform’s own process and followed up until it resolves.

If it will not come down, we outweigh it.

Some reviews stay. What we control then is everything around them: a response written for the next caller rather than the reviewer, and your real clients asked properly for their honest reviews until the math flips.

Straight answers, before you pay anyone.

The three questions every firm asks about a bad review, answered the way we would answer them on the call.

Will it come down?

If it breaks a rule, there is a real path.

We grade it against the platform’s written policies and give you a straight yes or no before any work starts, and before you spend a dollar.

Do you guarantee it?

No. Nobody honestly can.

The decision belongs to the platform. What we control is the quality of the case it reads, and ours are built properly, documented, and followed up.

What if it stays?

We answer it and outweigh it.

A response written for the next potential client, and your real clients asked properly for their honest reviews, until one loud voice stops mattering.
