Percy Martinez came to us in 2016 as a solo medical malpractice attorney in Miami. His monthly marketing budget was $500 and that’s what he had to compete against firms spending $50,000 a month on TV ads and billboards on every highway in South Florida.

Most agencies would’ve said the budget was too small to matter. We built a WordPress site that loaded fast and ranked well and within weeks he was showing up for searches that actually turned into cases.

That was the beginning of a ten year partnership.

Where it started

First Mover Strategy. Relentless Execution.

The market was crowded with firms ranking for “medical malpractice lawyer Miami.” So we didn’t compete there first. We identified specific medical conditions; surgical errors, anesthesia mistakes, birth injuries, misdiagnosis — and built pages targeting searches nobody else was going after.

By the time competitors caught on, Percy already owned those keywords.

We also restructured the navigation by city when the practice expanded to Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. Other firms started copying the structure within months.

We got real photos from each city when competitors were still using stock images. We built scholarship campaigns with universities that earned legitimate .edu backlinks. We reached out attorney-to-attorney and landed placements on ABA and state bar sites. We newsjacked local accidents to capture searches in real-time.
