Big News: I’m Joining Grease Connection

I’m thrilled to share a personal milestone that has been months in the making. Beginning this summer, I will be stepping into the role of co-founder at Grease Connection, a company dedicated to transforming used cooking oil from a messy liability into a clean, renewable resource. From day one, Grease Connection has stood for smarter waste-management solutions that support restaurants, protect municipal infrastructure, and feed the circular economy. Now, I’m honored to help steer that mission at the highest level.

Why Grease Connection? After years spent advising businesses on digital strategy and sustainability storytelling, I’ve seen firsthand how a single operational change—like recycling fryer oil—can ripple outward, saving thousands in plumbing repairs, easing compliance headaches, and cutting carbon emissions in one elegant motion. Grease Connection already provides free, reliable pickups, compliance documentation, and transparent rebates; together, we’ll double down on tech-enabled scheduling, live volume tracking, and educational content so no kitchen ever feels unsure about “where the oil goes” again.
