Mobile page load times went from 12.3 seconds to 2.8 seconds and our mobile conversion rate more than doubled.

Our biggest challenge was building real authority in a market where trust is key. We faced this head-on during what we now call “The Content Penalty Recovery”. A manual action from Google due to spam comments could have killed our momentum but we used it as an opportunity to completely overhaul our content strategy.

Instead of churning out generic legal content we focused on creating detailed, experience based resources for each type of medical malpractice case. We shared real case outcomes (anonymized), answered real client questions and built a knowledge base that showed Percy’s expertise rather than just claimed it.
